So I will be supporting on Patreon but here's a few notes for the creator about Patreon. It charges you at the beginning of the month meaning if you sub the last day of the month at 11:59pm it will immediately charge you again for the new month at midnight. Patreon has been known to ban, and revoke furry adult projects calling it bestiality regardless of how anthro the characters are, subscribstar has neither of these issues. Secondly the community will need involvement, be it polls on what to add next or just early looks at art and features before being posted elsewhere, Patreon only versions are also nice. It's not the happiest way to do things but it will get the game more support and I want to see this game fully supported.
Thanks for the questions. So basically I'm not sure how Patreon works yet. I have it for 3 days. If they ban me it is their problem and I will move to subscribestar. Also, I'm not sure if it charge you immediately because so far people subscribed to me and I cannot payout anything. I hope this company is not a scam. They wanted me to fill up some official documents so it's already shady.
About the benefits it is tricky. Votings should be ok but I can't provide much because Tax Offices in my country are considering it as sales and requiring you to start an enterprise (with all financial consequences).
If you have any ideas or suggestions on what would be better than Patreon, let me know. So far I used Ko-Fi and it was ok.
Patreon SHOULD be fine I just wanted to alert you to a few of the downsides.
Ufff... Thank you. I really appreciate it. Do you know what happens if I'm banned? I hope people won't be charged for the month when it potentially happens or Patreon will give them their money back. Also if they ban porn why do they allow me to have a +18 filter letting me to mark my account as NSFW in the first place? xD
it's specifically furry porn they will call Bestiality and shut down. I think it's bots scanning content. I do not know what happens. And I hate they charge you the first of the month regardless of when you sign up, it's why I'm waiting till the first.
Also if you need any royalty free music I can make some basic stuff aimed at what you want. I wouldn't charge or anything.
That's sick. I would ask what kind of animal it is that can talk, walk on 2 feets and use technology xD Also these are drawings and no real creature is hurt xD And about charging patrons policy I don't understand it and I hope it's not too painful for you (it's not my fault or choice after all) :D
I have an idea. Let's fuck the platform and move to discord. I won't post anything on Patreon and all fun will happen inside VIP channel of my server xD I don't pay Patreon a percent of the donations I get for teaching me morality. I want them ONLY to be a middleman in transactions xD
I don't like supporting over months as it turns into scam. I'd like to have an option to do one-time pay and own the game thing.
Is there another option than monthly? I'm new to Patreon so I'm not sure what can you do there. People who wanted to support me kept asking to start it so I did it for them. xD Normally I prefer Ko-Fi.

To support ofc. You make a product and if it's good I believe the creator should earn something. But I'm not willing to turn into a cash cow by paying monthly. I'd like to have an option to buy the game when it's in a solid state (main gameplay route is done). Anyways I wish you all the best.
No way! I'm not selling the game once it's done. It's my baby project xD And it will be always free to play.
People support me either on patreon for a monthly little support or on ko-fi for a single but huge shot and it works fine.
I'm thinking about canceling patreon in the long run because it's not tax efficient in my place.
