Hi guys. Some recurring questions are memes already but still, I'd like to provide an official FAQ section for newcomers.

WILL THERE BE AN ANDROID VERSION OF THE GAME?

No. The game is developed and optimized specifically for the PC. I am not planning the port it to Android at any time.

WHY DEVELOPMENT TAKES SO LONG?

Debtors is a hobby project I work on for fun in my free time. I prefer not to set any specific deadlines or timelines. because I cannot predict my availability to work on the project. It is my first visual novel so I cannot assess how much time it should normally take for the current amount of art and animations.

WHEN WILL BE THE NEXT UPDATE (WHEN THE PROJECT ENDS)?

The rough plan is to have the project finished within 3 years since its start and to release builds more or less every 3-6 months. I work on art, animations, and coding alone so any time-related predictions fuel unnecessary expectations.

WILL PREGNANCY MECHANICS CONTAIN A BIRTHGIVING?

It will not happen. I do not feel comfortable drawing or animating scenes like that. Also, it is not legally possible to depict a baby in a game that is +18 (NSFW). The current plan is to have a black screen with the notification that Claire is a mother now and an indication in the interface saying who is the father.

No. They come from a species of a very limited differences between individuals.

HOW TO GET MY CHARACTER IN THE GAME?

Right now all slots are closed. If it changes the information will be publicly distributed through devlogs and other channels.

CAN I GIVE MY SUGGESTION?

Of course! I listen carefully to people who enjoy the project and have ideas how to make it better! Many ideas has been already implemented in the recent build. However, please remember that ideas are filtered and only the most requested ones are selected based on their popularity and how well they fit the game.

Option 1: spread the word. Send the game to the people you think might like it
